G'day Guys,

Welcome to the Speedo Forum.

If you are a guest, you can only see a small portion of the forum. Members like posting their speedo selfies so I don't like that to be 100% public. However, joining is free.

If you are a new member, you need to email me your username so I can manually activate your account. This is a pain (for you and me) but it is the only way I've been able to keep the spam bots from ruining the forum. My email address is: DaveEvans@SpeedoFetish.com

This forum is free and I don't allow any advertising (except my own sites), if you would like to donate please click the link above, all donations go towards the hosting and maintenance of the forum for everyone to enjoy.

Here's another article in similar vein, from the UK's right-wing Daily Telegraph!

Re: Hello from London!

Hi Arthur I regularly use my Mategear suits - low front (shaved!) or pouch, near-full back, but little transparency. It helps to be (and look like) a "serious" swimmer (swim cap, goggles, accessories etc) and look confident, as well as to be in reasonable shape. To relieve the boredom of laps, I "ad...

Re: Hello from London!

Hi Arthur, and welcome from a fellow Londoner!

I swim laps regularly in public pools in speedos, as most of the serious swimmers do., and I'm now using my more daring ones without any issues

You're clearly in great shape. What's your formula for this? I might try it!

Re: Fitness + Swimming Goals in 2021

Well done jca155; very impressive results! I am also fortunate in having lost significant weight (nearly 15kg) since I started my collection of speedos, mostly through a low-carb diet and triathlon training. But I can't bear to part with the ones that are now loose and which slip down the backside a...

Re: Mategear Suits

Great, Speedoquest: the 3 for $29 deal is a good one. Ultras in Medium and Large sizes seem to be in short supply at the moment. I'm no model either, AussieSean but I try to use my Mategear and other skimpy suits to motivate me to stay fit. I've just used this one for lap swimming for the first time...

Re: Mategear Suits

I am a great fan of Mategear suits, and now have about a dozen. Yes, some of those on its web site would get you arrested on sight if used in public, but there are others which I now use regularly (completely shaved) for lap swimming in the UK without issues. The minimal "Signature", "Expression" an...

Re: London- Where to swim laps when I am in town?

Yes, Oceanrunner79, you can swim laps in the 50m Olympic pool: see https://www.londonaquaticscentre.org/swimming#!/ Ironmonger Row (30m) and St Pancras (25m) are fine although I find water quality far better at Ironmonger (a 5 minute bus ride away). I regularly do laps at Ironmonger in skimpy stuff ...
