Anyone ever purposely downsize their suits? This is common with swimmers for a race. I'm sort of between two waist sizes, so I just bought a suit that I already have in my "regular" waist size (the larger). I read an estimate that only 2% of men have "six pack" abs. I don't think anyone has ever done any sort of official survey but from my observation I'd say 2% could be close. Among certain groups it would be higher but across all ages and activity levels of adult men it couldn't be very high. Jeebus...

Oh sure. They were in malls all over the US. I was always a nervous wreck trying to walk into them and buy solars (my Speedo-brand suit of choice), but I probably got at least three or four suits that way. And that was when they were really one inch!!!

When I'm waiting on the delivery man to bring a package with new suits, it's ALL I can think about all day. I'm having a tough time focusing on work and I'm continually checking the tracking information waiting for it to flip over to "delivered."

Anyone buy/wear briefs from Arena? I'm awaiting a shipment of a Polycarbonite II brief and a Mimetic brief. Both are polyester and spandex (as opposed to nylon/lycra), so I'm curious how soft and/or stretchy the fabric is.

I'm also curious if they run true to size or not...
