A good buddy of mine swam on his high school team in hammers and wore nothing but for years. Until our last year of university when he tried on a pair of Solars out of curiosity and has worn nothing but since, so I’d call THAT an endorsement!

I would totally agree! Low cut for lounging/normal situations, more traditional posing pouch for shows/showing off. I got a pair of Q swim’s waterpolo briefs and I love them. Just note that the fabric is very heavy-duty and it doesn’t allow for very much of a VPL, but I wore them to swim laps a lot and I always enjoyed wearing them.

I went there last year. I wouldn't wear one. Square cut at most at the hotel pool.
But then again they had those diving championships there and Steele Johnson and all them wore speedos there and at the hotel. But again, it was at the hotel. And they had good reason to be in speedos.
