Wasn't aware speedo did so many variations of the "solar" - although now seems to have 2in sides. Found these on eBay

They can be fun to wear if you like the really skimpy cut, but they're not really suitable for swimming. Like many here, I've always worn speedos, and the love of them means I go swimming regularly just to wear them. Helps that I love being in the water.

Sunblock, or any other greasy / oily stuff is not good for lycra briefs, so avoid it getting anywhere near. Endurance type fabrics do better, but the fabric can still be clearly marked by the stuff. Try to rotate mine, so choose one before I set off to gym & pool. Takes about 6 months to do one full rotation!!!

It was - sounds a bit strange, but at the time it was like a fantasy come real. We were both quite relaxed about what we were doing, and there was no suggestion of things going further. Just enjoyed the moment. Good thing nobody else was around - the gods were smiling on us...
