90% of it is honestly in your diet. I dropped nearly 60 lbs in 8-9 months just by limiting my calories and using FatSecret to track them.

No problem! Happy to share. I wore 2 of them in San Juan and loved them. Supportive (competition style supportive) yet low rise and sexy. I even wore them in front of my partner's colleagues and snorkeling (the gray and pink). Great suits!

I do it occasionally and it's really not that bad. Take a couple Advil an hour before and trimming long hair with clippers helps. Just don't trim shorter than 1/4 inch. I get my chest, stomach, back and full Brazilian.

The fit is really good Fifa_D. They're minimal and low rise but not in an obscene way at all. I find the cuts to be minimally athletic, if that makes any sense. They're 1000% worth their money in fit, fabric, and construction.

It's still pretty warm in Vegas in October so you should be fine. The pools in Vegas are frequented by the more macho, club guys so you'll see mainly board shorts over anything else. Here are some photos of the suits. They fit me just as shown on the models. Nice lining in front too.
