@ swimmer3333 - there's no snow where I am (the South Devon coast is generally milder than average) but I take your point about shrinkage! Nevertheless there are people who swim in the sea here all year round, and next year I'm hoping to join them.

Hello from another Brit! I'm in the south west by the sea, so wear Speedos in the pool, on the beach and sunning in my garden.

All I'll say is: well done! I've also lost weight, doing pretty much the same as what you did. I'd got down to 217lbs before Christmas, then we went into a second lockdown and the pools closed again so I am about 220lbs now. The blue pair on the lower left I have had for 20 years - and I can now get into them again. The faded maroon Adidas on the lower right have recently been retired after nearly two years of constant use, since I took up regular swimming again to help gain fitness and lose weight (both successfully!)...
