This is a great suit! It's a new material I've never heard of called Creora. Chlorine resistant, it says. Very elastic. I love it. Now if we just had a pool to wear it in.

I think the author made it pretty clear that briefs work best on a fit physique. Having that really would help make the rest of his tips more easily mastered.
Cuz there's just nothing like a fine swim bod in the perfect fitting speedo.

Normally when the pool isn't available I just use the weight room at the gym. But of course that's closed now too.
So I do the dryland exercises we teach the kids on the swim team. Plus a bunch of tough floor exercises my physical therapist friend has taught me.
