I personally find their not very stretchy. I'm a 30/32" in most speedos but my 30" (S) Aussiebums are waay to tight to be comfortable. I'll definately go for the next size up next time I buy a pair. I've had this problem and now and then it still occurs but I find that when I focus on my drills and swim technique that I usually forget that I'm wearing them.
