I am pleased to notice that many young guys I see going about in the warm weather are wearing shorts that are about mid thigh as opposed to knee length. I’m seeing that too. Just a quick update that I was recently in Vancouver and visited Third Beach in Stanley Park. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the North end of the beach was more Speedos than not Speedos! Highly recommend, any time of day.

Awesome! If it was kept in a box or a drawer, away from sunlight, I'm guessing the fabric is still in pretty good condition. I have one that has seen very little use and it still has its original stretchiness, and snug, contour hugging fit.
