I’ve managed to loose 5 kg since jan and it’s been a struggle but my target is 100kg then down to 90 kg Hey SpeedoScot, You are already on the right track! Losing 5 kg in about 3 months is great progress. Once gyms and pools reopen, I am sure the weight loss will speed up and you will hit your goal...

I totally agree. My high school and college years were a waste in terms of fitness. Things got better in grad school when I took private tennis lessons at an indoor, private club. The teaching pro did things like visualization and other techniques. It was a revelation; I actually became competent. ...

I don’t have a set schedule for that. I am a morning person lately. I do it when I get home from my morning swim.

But I don’t wank often though. Usually just 2-3 times per week, 4 max. I prefer building up the loads. :lol:
