Hey all, my name is Michael, I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone, i have been somewhat of a lurker as I've battled to register an account but that's all sorted so I can finally say hi.

Thanks gents, it's nice to be able to chat with like minded people, and as @scottiebum mentioned I do like / prefer the look of shiny / rubber suits, I've owned plenty rubberised waterpolo suits in the past that since perished but am now on the hunt for a wetlook euro cut brief, very hard to find the right one,

Hello from Peru! I am courious about Speedo acceptation in south african beaches and swimming pools. I know they were popular in the 80's. What about now? Thanks.

There is no issue with what you wear here in South Africa, we recently had our own survivor sa on TV, and most of the guys wore speedos so it's reasonably accepted.

I note that you are trying to find a euro cut brief, I tried a wetlook brief and the sides were too deep. I did not find it comfortable as there was very little stretch in the material.

Yes I've also found that issue with some, it's just trying to find the right cut / fit that's proving to be difficult. I'm not too concerned about the stretch so much.
