Hi and welcome! It’s been many years since I’ve visited Hawaii. Back in the 1990s, I wore a speedo exclusively while snorkeling and freediving there, and also for dips in the pool. And laying out. Although they were not a common sight, I always saw one or two other speedo wearers wherever I went there. How often have you been seeing other speedo wearers more recently? My guess would be even fewer nowadays, which would be very sad.

Every now and then I see them. Especially in areas where it's more common such as South Beach. I'd say at least 10-20% of men I see there are wearing speedos.
