Hey guys, I'm Tim and I'm 21y/o from the Toronto area (soon to be Southern California). I've browsed this forum and am encouraged that there are other young guys into speedos! My goal is to look as close to perfect in a speedo. Right now I'm reasonably fit (5'9/145lbs/slim-defined) and try to workout when I can, but I often get lazy and binge, so my progress is kinda slow. I used to swim recreationally, but that stopped when I started commuting to school, but I'd like to get back into it (anyone in the area looking for a swim buddy?). Recently, I've stuck to treadmill(interval)/free weights/push-ups and I've noticed my arms and chest got bigger and my midsection is becoming more defined. I wanna take it even further, so I'd greatly appreciate any workout/diet tips!
