I'm 41.

And I'm also surprised at the ages of most of you guys. You're all in great shape and look 10-15 years younger than your ages. Keep it up

Speedos keep us young!! And hard...

Hey swimmy, you look pretty buff there at 56. You and b55 give me hope for when I cross over the half century mark.

Does it get much harder to stay in shape at 56 versus 46?

Am I going to be the only one to own up to being twice my waist measurement [29/30"] - which is about the age I feel? I'm enjoying being a sex-uagenarian, I still have a full head of non-grey hair! Swimming every day is brilliant for mind and body.

At 54, it has been getting more difficult for years!

Thanks Bullseye, and the answer is No, it does not get much harder.
Wait, what? Oh, does it get harder to stay in shape? YES. I find I have to be more careful what I eat, I can easily gain five or six pounds that I don't need. I didn't have that problem just ten years ago.
I would not say I work hard to keep in good shape. But I do work out a bit nearly every day. Always have. I can't stand the thought of me getting flabby. Not gonna happen.

Hey no fair Peter using such big words. Us young guys don't have such a good vocabulary. I had to look up the definition of "sexuagenarian." That extra u that you included threw me off. What is it with you British and all those extra u's?

Congratulations, especially on your hair. Wish I still had some!
