I'm sure the swimming has helped.swimmerbud wrote:A resurfaced post...but better late than never to the conversation.
35 and proud of my 25 year old body!
Holy Cow. You're in awesome shape.6feet5 wrote:Joined this string late but, I'm certainly a senior citizen. I'm 63

Wow.... you're in awesome shape.I've also found speedos to be a real motivator. I didn't wear them until college, but have ever since. I recently turned 66 and have about the same body I did at 30...from the neck down. I've never had a lot of ab definition, though I have a strong core. I've turned grey but have hung on to most of my hair. And yeah, I wear skinny jeans, in my case from J. Crew, because their clothes fit me better. Have a pair of A&F slims.BJE wrote:I'm 52 but I haven't aged since I was twenty, except for my balding gray head. I've been wearing speedos since I was a teenager. Wearing a speedo is great modivation to stay lean and fit. I'll admit that I also wear low rise A&F skinny jeans.

Thank you. For fitness I lift weights, swim and do Taekwondo. I don't follow any particular diet.Thom wrote:Wow.... you're in awesome shape.I've also found speedos to be a real motivator. Do you follow any particular plan for your diet and working out? I basically keep carbs to a minimum. I do some yoga and planks.
