I'm 65. I'll be 66 in a couple of months. Bought my first pair of speedos when I was twenty, royal blue nylon with two white stripe splices, sort of a classic. Next pair was a navy blue lycra solid. The lycras were very expensive then. I went to school at the U of Oregon and bought a nylon print in the school colors--green and gold. It was a thin nylon that had more stretch than the blue and white splice. And there have been a lot more speedos along the way.

I claim the record. I will be 82 in a few months. Now it's summer, I swim laps every day (or nearly). I have been an AB wearer since they began.

Ugh! Oh that age thing again... let's suffice it to say I'm old enough to be your father and to some grandfather. But it's ok... you can still look sexy when you're a senior.

Btw my profile pic was taken last June... fairly recent.

I'm 52 but I haven't aged since I was twenty, except for my balding gray head. I've been wearing speedos since I was a teenager. Wearing a speedo is great modivation to stay lean and fit. I'll admit that I also wear low rise A&F skinny jeans.

Wow.... you're in awesome shape.I've also found speedos to be a real motivator. I didn't wear them until college, but have ever since. I recently turned 66 and have about the same body I did at 30...from the neck down. I've never had a lot of ab definition, though I have a strong core. I've turned grey but have hung on to most of my hair. And yeah, I wear skinny jeans, in my case from J. Crew, because their clothes fit me better. Have a pair of A&F slims.

Do you follow any particular plan for your diet and working out? I basically keep carbs to a minimum. I do some yoga and planks.

Thank you. For fitness I lift weights, swim and do Taekwondo. I don't follow any particular diet.
