For many years, I just confidently strolled around any crowded public beach in any small suit and no one minded. I once had a "flopper thong" with a big bulge, no one minded that either but I like the flat-front style better. I put my beach photos on Instagram and the smallest suits got the most "likes", possibly because I had my best smiles when wearing them. I recently bought a Marcuse "Oasis" in salmon pink with 1.5" sides and a leaf embroidered in old gold on the right front. It's really handsome but unlined so not appropriate in the water at public pools and beaches. Also, I'll need a much better tan to do justice to the color!
