Adidas 3 stripe in the US

Post by _su_ » Thu Jun 12, 2014 2:34 am

So I'm reading this suit is definitely something to add, and from what appears to be an outright banishment from sale in the US, it must be true. So where do I get one? Also, I wear a 28" waist, normally small or x-small. Do they make them in my size?

I haven't bought from this site, but it's the best selection of 3-strippers I know out there. It used to be better, and really wish I had bought some a year ago when it had a much better selection.

Sadly, I think the proper, non-fake 3-stripper is going to become a collectors item. I might put mine in my safe deposit box......I wonder if I would be the first guy to put a speedo in a safe deposit box?
Let's keep it brief.

Here is one - I haven't ordered from this site either but I'm guessing they ship to the US.

The 3 stripes are a must have--That was my 1st pairs I bought about 5 years ago, and they are still holding up great. I had to buy mine from overseas ( i think the UK)

I fear that Adidas may be discontinuing these, at least in North America. They seem to be heavily discounted on every NA-based web retailer, and it's becoming more and more difficult to find them. Such a shame, too. They're the style that got me into speedos.

I finally took the hint and snagged a pair here. http://www.houseofswim.com/store/men/ad ... ?color=red

I received mine, and they are about a 1/4" wider on the sides then my original pair, so very pleased with the results from the site.

merken, those look like the pair I bought from Swim Outlet, which were so wide, they were immediately sent back.

Good news is: I'm in the club now! Bought from Bike24, since they were the only ones to carry my size (28" waist = size 3).
Bad news is: now even the UK Adidas site now no longer sells them!!!

Thanks to Dave for finding this site!

I bought a pair of 3 strip from Swimwear4men. It's in Austria if I remember. Paid almost $40 for them. Shipping was very fast. Barely 5 days from there to here. There is a good selection and good size range with different color stripes too. However, I wonder what the hype is for these. I like my Sporti Euro cut better and they're less that half the price.

Thanks guys! I have not had a chance to test them out running / swimming at the beach yet, since it's been raining very hard the last few days.

Yeah, I had to find out what the hype was about. I think my Aussiebum Swish suit is cut better, but the Adidas feel more durable.

I have some of the swish suits too. I like them and that back seam feels nice doing laps. Sort of caresses my ass crack. But still go for those Sporti euro suits moreso.

I have the original Aussiebum League Briefs, which are the same as the Swish line, which are awesome too!

I had some of the originals too, but wear and ruff play got the best of them
