Tyr Durafast Suits

Post by 52dno98 » Tue Feb 19, 2019 4:42 pm

Does anyone own any Tyr Durafast One suits? I’m curious as to how the fabric feels. Is it soft? Stretchy?

I own some 100% polyester suits from Arena and they’re not particularly smooth or stretchy. I prefer a softer fabric.

Thanks!

I had a TYR suit once, it wasn’t stretchy or particularly comfy to wear so I sold it on eBay. I keep thinking about giving TYR another go tho.

I would say they are medium softness. TYR Durafast suits are common for swim teams because they hold up to chemicals. That's what my kids use for their swim team suits. They are also double lined and no where near the softness of a lycra suit. What arena are you comparing it to because in general, I find Arenas are a lot softer in fabric even though some don't have a lot of stretch.
