I did buy a couple of briefs from the sale. Interesting process, Q Swimwear makes the suits on demand, nothing in stock, and it takes about 3 weeks for them to cut, print, sew, inspect, and ship, thanks to the wonders of computer aided manufacturing and dye sublimation printing.
One is a water polo brief, low rise "buzzing" bumblebee motif (and I got a matching towel--I have a thing for bees!), and the other is a subtle "gator" pattern in a classic cut with more coverage. They are polyester/PBT, solid construction, fully lined, so I expect they will hold up for serious swimming in the pool and at the beach.

I like the quality of Q swim briefs because the materials used are very solid, and they will probably last for a long time.

Water polo suits better be solid. I also have a couple that I like a lot from Turbo (Barcelona), but they are not readily available in many patterns here in the States. Q Swimware and HardCoreSport are California companies (manufactured in Mexico), easy on the stateside shipping.
This month Q has been emailing ads for Halloween themed suits. Who gets those, a suit for every festival?
