Greetings fellow speedo lovers. Very happy to be a part of this great blog and you great fellas. Speedo/swim briefs lover here, but I've since begun experimenting with thongs and rio back bottoms as well. I'm also on malethongforum.com if any of you thongers/curious guys wanna check it out. It's a nother great supportive community.

Any other Hawaii guys on here?

Which island are you on? I travel to Maui and Kauai frequently and always pack my speedos.... Most of the time I'm the lone one wearing them, but occasionally there are others...

Welcome to the forum! I'm very glad there is still at least one speedo lover left in Hawaii. It seems, every photo and video I see anymore, not even the Japanese tourist dudes are wearing speedos anymore. I used to see lots of speedos in Hawaii. Years ago, I was traveling to Oahu a lot for work related reasons, but would always include a few days for fun on every trip. I got the nerve to buy my first speedo in Hawaii and wore it a lot over there. Back then, there was a store near Waikiki called “808 State”, and I know it catered primarily to a gay clientelle, but that didn’t bother me. And oh, what an amazing selection of speedos, thongs and bikinis they carried. I didn't end up buying anything from there, thinking at the time they were just too skimpy, but now thinking back, I regret not purchasing a few pairs.

I was in Maui last week. In the resort area, I only saw one guy in lycra... a square-cut. From the language, he was definitely European.

The only real speedos I saw were at Little Beach. But since it's a mostly nude beach, I skipped the swimsuit entirely.

Hey! Hope you enjoyed your visit. Yes, it's very rare to see them around, particularly at the beaches. Pools, now and then, you'll see them crop up. Most men I know that wear them are either originally from a European or Latin America country or are part of the LGBTQ+ community, like me. But just be aware, we're out there!!! Don't give up.

I go to Maui and/or Kauai almost every year, and I find that I'm almost always the only one on the beach in a speedo...
Last time I was there, I saw 2 other guys on the beach in a speedo and another by the pool.... The most I've seen in a single trip... But that doesn't stop me from wearing mine!

I just booked 3 weeks in Maui for next winter.... Can't wait!
