Ok guys -
The condom one got two pages but only 8 votes. So lets try a fitness post.
What is your fitness routine comprised of, how do you eat how often do you work out or what do you do when you work out?
Come on guys give us some comments, you will help others who might be thinking about this same topic. Plus your posts help you get into JACE's Speedos!
That should be incentive enough!

So I guess I will start here.
I work out at least three times a week in my gym. I also use a personal trainer one of those days and he is the best money I have ever spent! They are full body workouts, working me from head to toe. Plus now that it is warmer I ride one day a week about 12-15 miles. Tightens the ass I think, well at least mine is!
I try to eat lower calorie and low cholestrol or hopefully no cholestrol. With that I eat three full meals and then two - three smaller snack sized ones and this keeps my metabolism going strong, I am constantly hungry. For drinking I stay with water mostly, sometimes apple juice and milk. Once a week though alcohol and burgers are thrown in for fun!!
Comment boys!

6 Days a week in the gym and 7 Days a week I run, 4 Miles a day, I eat mostly healthy some burgers and stuff but not every day. five smaller meals a day. And I only drink water, orange juice, milk, protein shakes, and some sweet tea. Nothing alchoholic based. And I do some rock climbing every week..
Well, this whole school thing is cutting into my bike riding time. Most of my exercise these days consists of commuting a hilly 3 mi. each way on my bike, four out of five weekdays. I work in some nice sprints at least. There's the usual longer, more scenic, weekend ride or two. Now that I have a track bike I'll be going down to the velodrome maybe twice or thrice a week at night. Again, intense and fun and hard. :D Come to think of it, the noises I sometimes make during a sprint on my bike kind of resemble...you know.
Weights (no more than 45 minutes) once or twice a week and a good long bike ride on the weekend. In my case, the exercise is often but not all that much at a time--it's easier to recover from and it's a helluva lot more fun because I can go faster.
This informal program also makes it a lot easier to eat healthily and to actually have time to do other stuff. When I was riding my bike 3-4 hr a day, 5-6 days a week, I'd crave so many calories that I'd eat lots of sweets, bread, and greasy processed stuff. I'd also not be right in the head for the rest of the day, and I never seemed to lose that little bit of fat in my midsection. Since I've actually been exercising less but harder, I've lost some weight. I've actually craved good-quality meat, seafood, and fresh fruit and veggies. I do like cheese and dark chocolate and I drink a fair amount of wine with dinner--basically, I've been turning French (minus the smoking). The key to those things, however, is moderation. But, yeah, eliminating most of the sweets and breads and processed stuff have helped out a lot--if you're craving sugar and huge amounts of starch every day, you're addicted to it like a drug.
Other things I like are the occasional swim or hike up and down the cliffs near here. Running, never. Running more than a short distance is just miserable, and forget altogether those weird torture devices that the sorority girls use in the gym. And my arms are too short to do well at rock climbing or serious swimming. But I do like the looks I sometimes get in the gym when doing leg exercises.
OK, so this is starting to sound like a personal-ad profile. I'll stop now.
Anyhow, all this talk about meat is making me hungry.

I work with a trainer twice a week, focusing on the upper body. I run five days a week for a total of 20 miles. I'm training for a marathon in October so my mileage with be going up soon. (I'm trying to be positive and get excited about that). If biking can help tighten the ass, then I may have to figure a way to work that in sometime. Although I really don't have an ass to begin with.
I try for six smaller meals a day but usually only wind up getting five in. The last "meal" of the day is usually a protein shake. I try to limit red meat to no more than 1 lb. a month. That means I've learned to substitute ground turkey in a lot of the things I make (Growing up every meal revolved around a pound of ground beef).
BJ is right that a personal trainer is money well spent. I worked out for a year on my own, lifting three days a week. I probably didn't increase the weight I was lifting on any particular machine by more than 20 pounds during that time. I started with the trainer in February and I've gone up at least 30 pounds on every machine and over 50 pounds on some.
By the way, I wonder who is going to be brought to this site for the first time by Google because of the phrase "weird torture devices that the sorority girls use" in BikeDude's post.

Guys,
I workout twice a week, doing weight training, which does the whole body.I particular like doing leg exercises, leg press, squats, lunges.Does tighten up the butt area. And i have also a personal trainer.
I also swim in the winter,at the local pool, a couple of times in the week. And during the summer months,in
NEW ZEALAND,i am at my fav beach swimming every day.
I very much like to run,so with my german shepherd, and he is big.I have a goodwork out for over a hour,of running, walking.
My eating habits,3 meals a day.eat alot of fish, meat, chicken, potatoes, rice, pasta, wegetables, saladsAnd sometimes hamburgers, but not often.
I do like my wine though.
So guys i am in good shape, and i get enough exercise. My body shape is one of a swimmer, height is 6.3ft.And wearing speedos is great, and it does have its
positive spin offs.Guys it encourages you to keep fit in body and mind. And to lead a healthy life style.
As saying goes, you only live once,so why not look the best way you can.Its not being vain, its being proud of the person you have become.
I am not 20,but i sure do look good in my SPEEDOS.
