What cut of speedo do you like? I like low rise and sides 2” or less with good butt coverage. I crossed out examples of suits I wouldn’t wear in this picture.

2-3inch sides cuts on the butt cheeks.. sits lower on hip bone

Def narrow sides, full rear, low rise, comfortable front but supportive not a "hanging" pouch.

I think it all depends on your body type...different cuts can fit the body differently. On some bodies a wider side may have a better fit than a skimpier version...or the opposite could be true.

I personally prefer the first two.

Different strokes for different folks.

I like 2" sides... The fit of the blue one would be my first choice, followed by the 2nd red suit.

I have to agree with Nate, don’t like em skimpy. The first 2 are for me.

Nate, are you not reading the comments on the 30 day thread? You do suit narrower sides!!

I’m with BJE on this. Give me 2” sides at most, but for me the smaller the better. 1” or less is ideal. If I’m gonna go with a swim brief, may as well not let those few inches stand in the way. People will either like a guy in a swim brief or not; I don’t think the width makes much of a difference in their opinion. It’s usually about a guy wearing something tight and minimal that people who don’t like speedos are concerned with. I doubt their opinion would change whether it was a 1/2” side or a 4” side.

This is one of the skimpiest suits I’ve worn.

All my favourite pairs have 1.5 inch sides but I also don’t mind 2.5 inch sides as well.

1" sides mostly. Slightly less for a bikini. Up to 1 1/2" sides for certain suits as long as they ride low on the hips. 2" max, and only for fitness center lap swimming. Nothing larger than that.

Yes, I definitely like a dip in the front. That’s one of my complaints with Budgy Smugglers. They are too high in the front.

For me, I think a Speedo Solar is the best fit. Low rise on the front, center seam rear with just enough coverage

My go-to suits are the Asian/Japan cut briefs from Arena, Asics, TYR. 1.5-2in. sides. Feel terrific when working out.

I have both the bikini and brief from Aronik. They are both great suits, very well me and sexy material. I'd wear the bikini at a gay beach and the brief anywhere else. I wore it to a beach in South Boston last weekend

I’d wear all the ones you selected. Maybe the first two but definitely not the trunks. I prefer full coverage in the rear, and don’t like pouches much.
