Hey guys
do you train your butt with the aim to gain circumfence? I love big bubble butts in speedos!
I already achieved a gain of 5 cm, so I now have 100 cm circumfence.
Are you also into butt training?
What exercices do you do?

Are you asking about enlarging the muscular part of your butt? Or the sensitive part between your cheeks? For the former, there are lots of exercises that will build your glutes, including serious road biking and squats. For the latter, start with a single finger and work up from there.

I wouldn’t say I have a bubble butt. My measurement is about 93cm. My butt is rather muscular with little fat. I don’t work it to make it bigger but I work it to make it stronger. I’m a first degree black belt in Taekwondo and having a strong butt helps you kick harder. Especially side kicks and back kicks.
Mostly what I do to strengthen my butt is kicking practice and body weight squats. If that’s too easy then try one leg body weight squats.

I mean the first one ;D
I do weight squats and hip thrusts with 25kg, hydrant kicks and back kicks (don't know if whether that's their name or not) with 2.5kg weight
5x12 repetitions each

Lunges. Light weight with lots of reps to tone, heavy weight with as many reps as you can do to grow.
When I was trying to grow mine, I was doing 10 or so sets of 25 reps with each leg whilst having a 45 pound bar and two 45 pound plates across my shoulders. Bulked up nicely after a couple months of every other day.
The bonus is that you also get quads, calves hamstrings and core workout with something like this. But you must always use perfect form or you can really mess up your back. As always with weight lifting, start with lighter weight and work up to heavy as you learn good form.

After about 18 months of weightlifting, I suddenly realized one day that my speedos were fitting differently! Some of my XS suits were struggling to fully cover the back like they used to. No measurements, but I've started moving up to size Small.
All from the Leg Press machine... went from around 100 lbs to start, now 305 lbs x 16 reps x 2 sets, 3x/week. I wasn't targeting glutes, since they are just "helper" muscles in the leg press, but it was a nice bonus to see those results. I want to add Hip Thrusts now, but I'd feel ridiculous doing those at the gym! lol
