Hello everyone,

I’m looking to go on vacation in a couple weeks to Florida and wondering if we have any forum friends or know of any good speedo spots? Looking to try and wear a speedo to the beach for the first time

Brevard County beaches

Not sure what you consider a good spot. The southern half has some nude beaches (not that I have visited) if you want to feel over-dressed. There are also a lot of state parks with natural springs (check to make sure they aren't closed for the season) which become less popular after summer ends, if you want more solitude. As Red suggested, Brevard seems popular for speedos, but the ocean water temperatures are starting to get into wetsuit territory this time of year, so YMMV.

Florida is a big state, but, I can give some recommendations for the south east area. The big beaches are Las Olas in Fort Lauderdal and South Miami beach. While speedos are not super common, they aren't out of place either, and my experience has been that nobody hassles you. Theres usually one or two other guys in speedso when I visit. Haulover is the nude beach, and while there are of course nude people there, I saw many guys in swim briefs. Maybe they felt more comfortable about it there? If you want a more secluded beach without many other people around head to Virginia Key just outside of Miami.
