Yeah, I'm an old hand. Plenty of lube, and learn to relax. Once you get the taste for it, the relaxation bit happens automatically. You can get lubes specifically designed for arse fucking with numbing effects (they are quite safe to use). Check them out at your local sex shop or online through the sex shops.
