HI Guys,
There has been talk with some guys on the forum.About how to get there butts bigger.So they can show it off more,in there speedos.
I am 6.3ft tall 86kg.and have swimmers build.And i do weight training,running.What worked for me with my butt.Is i did a lot of squats,leg lunges,leg press,and running up hill,with a pack on my back.So now i have a nice round bubble butt,tight & firm.
I do hope this information helps Guys.
