AussieBum Customer Service

Post by villageguy » Mon Aug 25, 2014 7:45 pm

I am really ticked off at AussieBum.

Back in June of 2014 I placed an order for 4 pairs of underwear (2 for my BF and 2 for me). The ones for myself were way too large when other briefs fit me perfect for that size. In the first correspondence I told them I wanted a refund.

They instead sent me another two pairs of the size and color as the original order.

To this date I have never received the replacement underwear.

Sent e-mail yesterday and they are going to refund only for ONE pair of underwear when there was TWO.

There has been no less than 12 e-mails sent back forth to AussieBum and still they can't get their act together.

Sent off another e-mail today asking for a refund of two pairs of underwear.

Their customer service sucks. (sorry for the language but I am upset).

I will admit that I find their "customer service" somewhat slow. I have been able to find the emails of the people incharge of these things. Here are some that might help

Sean Ashby (oversees operation and very helpful) sean@aussiebum.com
Elzbieta Paczesniak (in charge of retail and shipping) elzbieta@aussiebum.com
Patricia Pilz (in charge of product management) Patricia@aussiebum.com

All of these are away faster then their customer service. I hope they help you.

i have also heard rueban has been a dick to some people, but was really nice to me. his is rueben@aussiebum.com

I bought some aussiebums and they got discolored after the second wear. As I take good care of my clothing I know it wasn't something I did, so I contacted them and I'm still waiting... But I don't going to lose my peace for a pair of swimwear! :P
