HOM Micro Swim Brief Size Question?

I'm thinking about getting a HOM Micro Swim Brief but I have a question about sizing. They list their waist sizes in cm... 80cm is a US small & 76 cm is a US extra small. I'm a size 28 - 29 waist. Would the Small be to big? When I convert it to inches the small is 31in and the extra small is 29in. If anyone has experiance with this brand it would be much appreciated. Note I have a big bum so I'm worried that the extra small will be to small and that the small will be too saggy in the bum.

I have the same size waist (28-29), and have a pair of Hom underwear in size S. Granted, they are a few years old, so the manufacturer may have changed sizing or may size underwear differently than swimwear. I googled Hom size chart and came up with this link: http://www.hom.com/en/sous-vetement-homme/formes/
But I would go for the extra small according to the chart.

Thanks su, I was thinking the same thing going with the extra small. I was thinking of getting the HOM swim brief as a more go to swim brief for times when I just need a brief.
