I've bought a black Manstore M101 Lasso String. As you can see in the picture, there's a loop at the end of the string which works like a cock ring and pushes up your package. The sac has to be plugged under your pushed testis, so the whole package stays covered in case of a sudden woodie and doesn't slip out of position.
