Good news, Caussie is now available in Red.

Apologies to all those who have been waiting for this, it took a lot longer than expected, but I think you'll find it's been worth the wait. Expect photos to be available of the red Caussie being "modeled" on our website early December, at http://www.caussie.com.au

Caussie is a 100% nylon swimwear, designed and manufactured in Australia. It picks up on where the original 100% nylon speedos departed, when they disappeared into the never never land of lycra blends.

So, we now have four colours and two side widths: Maroon, Navy Blue, Black, and now, the new Red. They are available in the Classic style (narrow side, nominally 2 inch, and currently described on our website as 2" style) and in the Sport style (medium side, nominally 3 inch, and currently described on our website as 3" style).

The price still remains (for the present) as AUD$32.00 including delivery.

We're very happy with the Red, hopefully you will be too.

It's about time! Have a couple of the other colors but red is more fun! Love the suits and quality!! Any chance we will see a stripe in the future?

Regarding whether stripes will be available in Caussie, I do remember the stripes as were available in the classic 100% nylon Speedos of way back when, so I am not opposed to it, its really more a question of priority. We anticipate further solid colours, perhaps an Ice Blue, and a Bottle Green as the next Caussie colours. It also depends upon the availability of quality fabrics in 100% nylon, having the right look and feel, this is essential, and we think we have certainly maintained that quality with this new Red. It's a beauty!

Of course, if we found such a quality striped material in the 100% nylon, this would then be considered. What colour combinations and styles of stripes would be of interest? I can think of a combination of light blue and dark blue in equal width fairly narrow stripes, for example.

Meantime, as the Red has been long awaited, and was obviously the next colour to be added to our range, please enjoy.....

My first Speedo was a black and gold strip. I got it when I was a kid on the YMCA swim team. Fell in love with nylon then and the love affair continues. I like the two tone blue idea you mentioned, I have also thought of a grey and red would be great -- but it is a swimsuit and if is nylon and fit like yours do, color is secondary. I do applaud you on your insistence on quality and consistency. I have noticed with other companies that the quality and the fit varies from color to color and the quality is inconsistent.
I am looking forward to getting your red suit. I have hinted enough so I have a feeling that Santa is bringing it for me. (if he don't - he's toast!)

Thanks for a great suit!! and a commitment to quality. There are companies that are asked about on this and other boards that want to know about size and quality. I too often have to post "inconsistent". As you have seen -- never did that with you. Bravo!
