Speedo Solar or Shoreline?

Hi I was on Amazon today and was going to purchase the speedo solar 1inch, but I noticed speedo also has the Shorline brief. If anyone owns theses I would like to know which one do you think is better. The Shorline looks like it isn't as snug as the Solar. I also noticed the Shorline looks like the back is cut different then the solar. Since I wear a lot of designer brands such as n2nbodywear do you think its a step back to go to a speedo suit. I use to have a reguler speedo brief, it was my first speedo but I always felt the sides wear to big. What would look better on my body type? I have posted some pics of me.

I like the new Shoreline by Speedo. Seems to fit about the same as the Solar with the add detail stripes. Going from N2N, to me, is a step up, not down. The fabrics are better and there is a tie cord so yo can dive in the pool and still have a suit on when you come up. Plus there is a liner in the Shoreline so there is still some mystery. Male Power, Joe Snyder, N2N all seem to be fun one season suits, but not really designed for actually swimming or heavy surf activities. Speedo, Aussiebum, etc are designed for active swimmers and beach people with a mind on style. I like the Shoreline and wear it almost daily doing laps or by the pool.

Thanks tanned bum for your reply. Looks like I will order the Shoreline by speedo. My waist is 27, do you think 28 would be to small.
