Order underwear from Aussiebum few weeks ago. They were the Roger design which they have discontinued BTW.
They were a good two inches larger than what is stated on the label/website. Needless to say they wouldn't stay up.
The design was piss poor overall.
I contacted Aussiebum and got a response where they wanted pictures. These were brand new underwear.
Sent in photos but haven't heard any response. So much for their 100% Satisfaction.
Beware of the poor customer service.

Aussiebum is slow at replying, but I am sure they will make things right. For some basic inquiries they took a week to answer.

I sent them an email today and they are sending me two replacements. NOT what I asked for in the correspondence.
The replacements are same size as had ordered. They'll never fit.
