Bahahaha WTF???? Is that the FINIS logo on it too? What does it mean???? The guy from FINIS decided he couldn't carry enough water bottles in his hands for his polo team?? What an amusing device...

It's supposed to offer more drag, but I like Red's idea MUCH better!
