Hey guys
Saying hello again after a break.
I was flicking through past posts and came across my fist hello, can't believe it was all the way back in July '09
Here is the pic from that post, god I look pasty haha,
anyway enjoy and I shall post some speedo pics after I have hit the gym hard so I look presentable again.

I have rejoined so all my old posts don't show anymore againt my profile, I am waiting on a new battery for my camera as it died, should be here this week some time. will get one up then for you.
