different question this time. what settings do you use on your camera to get good shots? our pool is indoor, which doesn't help, but i have a Pentax K10D with a 200mm lens. i love the camera.

it does well but sometimes the shots are blurred. maybe i'm moving the camera too fast following them walking...

Can you give us more info re the lens? Some thing like 70-200mm, f4.5 - ?.

Off the top of my head you can try to up the “filmâ€

it's their 50-200 mm smc da lens. f4-5.6
