Currently mostly patterns. I feel like I’ll grow to prefer solids more as I slim down and increase my confidence since solids have less to distract from the contours haha

I’ve started doing workout routines posted by some of my favorite Instagram accounts. Like Kevin Hejnas (@hejnasty) especially for legs, and @sheffield_diving (which I found via the Haslam brothers) posts daily home workouts on their account

I think it depends on what kind of guy he is and what type of friendship you have. If he’s the kind of guy who’s open to trying new things, or the kind of guy who’s never tried ANYTHING before and has a hidden sense of adventure, and if your friendship is really close and open, then I say go for it....
