Yeah, the more you'll go in your speedo for a swim, the less you will care. I also swim in Montreal and never got a glipse from other people while wearing a speedo for lap swimming. I don't even think about it. Actually, wearing bords shorts for lap swimming is really the think that is out of place. North american culture is clearly not encouraging men to feel comfortable with their body, while you go in Italy and speedos are perfectly fine. People should be free to wear what they want and people that are shocked by men in speedos should just get over it and live their life...

I agree. But sadly i was conditioned to feel horrible shame wearing one. As a kid i wore them. Lost my way since then.

It was great. Like others said, just walked out and acted normal and it felt normal. There were 2 others in speedos and lots of hammers but nobody really cared. One weirdo had baggy shorts and a sweater...

WE. TOLD YOU SO!!!! ((Can’t believe nobody beat me to that))
Great to hear your experience was all positive!
Now just need to show Limespeedo there’s nothing to be ashamed of or to worry about.

I did my daily lap swim this morning in my Turbo Monsters suit. I got my own lane as usual and had a nice swim. Then I got out of the pool and went to the locker room. Had a nice hot shower, dried off, dressed and went home.
Nothing really exciting or noteworthy there. Well, except maybe that nobody in the building screamed or laughed at me. Nobody told me to cover up or wear something else. Nobody called management or the law. I don't think anybody even noticed me.
So boring. I'm gonna start going naked and see if things improve.
