Speedo Brand Sizing Question

Post by frankjath » Mon Apr 29, 2013 3:28 pm

Hi guys I have a question about speedo (the brand) sizing. I want to order the speedo solar. http://www.amazon.com/Speedo-Fashion-Ly ... do+solar+1 I am a 27 inch waist I am unsure if I should go with a 28 inch or a 30 inch. I am afraid the 28 will be to small and the 30 will be to loose. I prefer a tighter fit, I don't like my suits to be loose. I want it to hug me like in the picture. Help would be much appreciated. Also has anyone had any experience with exchanging swimwear on Amazon?

I find Speedo's to be true to size. Go with the 28.

I have 6 different solars. I'm a 32 waist and thats the size I get. I find that they do fit snug, but love the way they feel on. Enjoy your new suit!!

28 without a doubt! I'm 32, and I wear 32, and they are just perfect.

Just wondering your reaction on the speedo? Right size or not? Solar minds want to know....

Yes it was the right size thanks! UPS delivered it today lucky for me it was 90 in SoCal so I went for a swim in my pool. I love them! At first when I tried them on I thought they were going to be to small but I just had to break them in now they are my favorite.

That's good to hear. Now your next problem is going to be all of us joining you in your pool wearing our solars, and we all know what an influence budgybloke is, and love him for it! ;)

Ha ha snowbrief. If I can influence a man to wear his speedos (and then to get rapidly out of them) then I feel my job is done.

Hope you had a good weekend.

I went to Byron Bay (far north New South Wales for the non-Aussies) for an ocean swim and was fortunate to see 100's of attractive guys in speedos of all shapes and sizes competing. Best bit was at the finish when everyone stood around wet, pumped and happy, chatting about the race and sunning their bods. Aaaah - the speedo brotherhood.....
