Pics in PM?

Does anyone know how to send pics in PM? How to attach it? And whether there are some limits concerning the size of photo you want to send? I've tried it multiple times with this option with pic drawn on it, that is above emojis, but for some reason it doesn't send photo along with the text?

I use Tapatalk and it’s easier to just upload and send. If not maybe use a photo host and send the link?
