I bought this Arena suit from the UK and it came with a Fina tag stuck on the back, it can't be removed, and sometimes I wish it wasn't there. It looks like a bar code, I don't know, - what do you think? Would you buy this suit?

Wow... that material looks like X-Flat. Thin tech fabric. That is a new bar code thing. Its more a checker pattern. A checkercode? I think I bought an earlier version of this suit. Not much stretch and fits tight.

Is that the front or the back in the pic?

Yes, Justin the fabric does not have much stretch. And it is more like a checker pattern. I was caught off guard when I saw it and thought I should peel it off, but it is permanent. I think it is the suit that replaced the x-flat...

So anyway, it has got this sticker on it. I don't know why I am so distracted by it.

JohnX - I wouldn't worry about the sticker ... I figure that it gives the suit more character and maybe a hint of it's origin - You might even get some guys to strike up a conversation at the beach or pool when they notice it

John,

I think we need to see you modelling it for us to see if the label is a problem...
